Fujian Gelin Food Industry Group is located in the southeast coast of Fujian, near the Xiamen Port in the Hokkien Golden Triangle, with superior geographical environment, traffic convenience of land and water, and rich resources. Fujian Gelin Food Industry Group has two branches underit, namely Longhai Gelin Seafoods Co., Ltd. and Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd.
Longhai Gelin Seafoods Co., Ltd. is an export-oriented company dealing with deep processing of seafood, which was established in November 2001 and covers an area of 23,335 ㎡. Longhai Gelin Seafoods Co., Ltd. has 2 IQF quick-freezing production lines and 3 supporting freezers with 5000 tons storage capacity. Main products are frozen squid, tilapia, octopus, shellfish, fish roe, pomfret, shrimp, etc.
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. was established in October 1993, covering an area of 76,000㎡, with a standardized workshop of more than 30,000㎡ and cold storage capacity of 50,000 tons. Gelin Foods now has a 6T/H, a 4T/H IQF high-efficiency single quick-freezing plants and supporting production equipment.
Its annual capacity can reach 60,000 tons. Main products are including frozen edamame soybeans, edamame shelled beans, lychee, black fungus, bamboo shoot, lotus root, green beans, okra, cauliflower, broccoli, water chestnut, carrots and more 20 different kinds of vegetables and fruits. Its products are mainly exported to Japan, EU, USA, Southeast Asia, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, etc.

MR SU QINGZHONG
Mr. Su Qingzhong, born in November 1964, is the chairman of Gelin Group.
In the early 1990s, Mr.Su learned that some developed countries like Japan have the demand for frozen food, then started his career with IQF mushrooms, edamame soybeans which sourced from local supplier in Longhai district.
In 2000, he got the news from trading companies that Japan was going to develop stricter standards for pesticide residues in imported fruit and vegetable. He then cooperated with the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the University of Agriculture and Forestry and other institutions and agencies, and took the lead in building a green food base to improve product quality. The next year, Japan began to strictly control food standards but the sales of Gelin Foods kept increasing.In 2001, China encouraged exports and he was optimistic about the prospect of frozen seafood, so he decided to invest a seafood company and became the first frozen seafood supplier passed HACCP in Fujian, China.
Over the years, Mr. Su has attached great importance to continuous improvement and competitiveness of products. He has invested a large amount of money in the technical upgrading of Gelin Foods’ processing equipment. Under Mr. Su’s leadership, Gelin products has been exported to more than 30 countries and regions and sales are growing year by year.

History
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd was established.
Gelin Foods passed the assessment of the Ministry of Agriculture and obtained the "Certificate of Compliance with Total Quality Management of the Ministry of Agriculture" issued by the Ministry of Agriculture; Gelin Foods cooperated with the Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences to develop the "Green Vegetable Demonstration Base" and achieved success.
The "Green Vegetable Demonstration Base" of Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. was promoted and applied, and obtained the Green Food Certification of edamame, green beans, and pea pods.
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. was established.
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. passed the ISO 9001:2000.
Longhai Gelin Seafood Co., Ltd. and Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. both passed the HACCP quality system certification.
Fujian Gelin Food Industry Group was established.
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. was awarded the "Second Prize of Science and Technology in 2004 for the Key Technology Research and Demonstration Base Construction Project of Green Production of Major Export Vegetables in Fujian Province" by the Fujian Provincial Government; Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. was awarded by the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce "2005-2006 Fujian Province contract-abiding and trustworthy enterprise"; Fujian Green Food Industry Group Co., Ltd. was recognized by the provincial government as a "Provincial Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization".
Longhai Gelin Foods Co., Ltd. passed the BRC Food Technical Standard.
Longhai Gelin Seafood Co., Ltd was awarded the Leading Enterprise in Marine Industry in Fujian Province.
The new project of Green Group Food Industrial Park was launched.
The project of prefabricated vegetables in cooperation between Gelin Foods and the Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences was launched.
